The MOCP | Maintenance, Operation, and Control Plan established by Law No. 13,589 of 2018, consists of a set of documents containing all the data of the building, its spaces and equipment, as well as maintenance procedures and routines to be performed for each one. These procedures are important not only to ensure the durability of the equipment, but also to:
To promote well-being, comfort, and productivity of occupants;
To prevent absenteeism from work due to respiratory problems;
To combat the inadequacy of air conditioning systems, their misuse or deterioration;
To prevent the shutdown of vital equipment for production processes.
Dirty (or poorly cleaned) air conditioning ducts can cause serious and even fatal diseases due to the bacteria that colonize them, thereby jeopardizing the air quality in the environment and the health of everyone living or working there. Therefore, it is essential to maintain these systems through periodic duct cleaning, which is required by state laws and should be performed annually. SUPPLY MARINE has a specialized team and equipment for the cleaning and sanitization of air conditioning ducts. We also collaborate with specialized laboratories registered with Anvisa, offering a highly reliable solution that ensures the health and well-being of our clients.
Indoor Air Quality Analysis
Indoor air quality should be monitored semi-annually since concentrations of microorganisms and improper physical-chemical conditions in indoor environments occupied by humans directly affect their health and compromise productivity. Air quality analysis follows Resolution (RE) No. 9, dated January 16, 2003, from Anvisa, and includes the assessment of aerosol concentrations, indoor and outdoor fungi, carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity, and airspeed. SUPPLY MARINE collects indoor and outdoor air samples and sends them to an independent laboratory, responsible for issuing the air quality analysis report, thus preserving ethics and ensuring the impartiality of the process.
Kitchen Exhaust System
Professional kitchen exhaust systems are designed to remove the gases and heat generated by cooking equipment. These gases inevitably contain grease, which accumulates and saturates the entire exhaust system, including hoods, ductwork, pollution control devices, and exhaust fans. Grease buildup is a significant hazard since it puts the kitchen at high risk of fire and can lead to serious food contamination. Therefore, it is recommended to periodically measure the grease accumulation in the exhaust system, considering:
Below 2mm of grease – the system operates normally;
Between 2 and 3mm of grease – cleaning is required in the exhaust system;
Above 3mm of grease – FIRE HAZARD.
Water Quality Analysis
Periodically conducting industrial water analysis provides greater safety for processes and people since it helps prevent contamination risks and equipment damage, ultimately affecting production. Industrial water analysis involves technical examinations, such as chemical and physical studies, to identify the quality of water used in industrial equipment. Industrial water analysis services encompass:
Compressor Remanufacturing is a solution that offers significant cost-benefit, as it guarantees equipment reliability at a more advantageous price. SUPPLY MARINE has a specialized team and qualified physical structure, including an “Assembly and Testing Laboratory”, where we carry out the remanufacturing of compressors using the following steps:
